Direct-selling leader convenes in San Jose for a weekend of training and promotions

ACN Inc., the global leader in direct-sell telecommunications, held a three-day International Training Event in San Jose, California, June 22-24. The company, celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, gathered leaders and Independent Business Owners (IBOs) for training, announcements, and promotions at the SAP Center.

This historic training event included the announcement of a new app that will revolutionize the way IBOs manage their businesses. The weekend included inspirational training sessions from company leaders including James Adlam, Debbie Davis, and Aaron Burt. ACN also celebrated the promotion of Chanelle Burt to the position of Senior Vice President. Burt becomes the company’s first African-American woman to achieve such a promotion.

Don't you just sense there's something special going on with this company?

Greg Provenzano, ACN President and Co-founder

“Don’t you just sense there’s something special going on with this company?,” ACN President and Co-Founder Greg Provenzano told the crowd in closing remarks. “You just know, deep down inside, that something great’s going on, and you just want to be a part of it. My question is: How do you take advantage of all you’ve seen here?”

ACN continued its tradition of making a charitable contribution to Ronald McDonald House as part of the training weekend. ACN matches IBO donations dollar-for-dollar for the weekend before the check is presented to the local Ronald McDonald House representative. ACN proudly presented a gift of $45,900.62 to help fund the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford, which provides lodging free or at low cost for families who have children treated in local hospitals.

ACN’s next large-scale training event will be September 14-16 in Cleveland, Ohio at Quicken Loans Arena. Register here- acnreg.com.

About Ronald McDonald House at Stanford

Our mission is to provide a safe, affordable “home-away-from-home” for the families of children receiving treatment in local medical facilities. Families are stronger when they are together, and this is never more important than when a child is sick or injured. During this uncertain time, the presence of a familiar face eases the strain of medical uncertainty.
